Some of you mentioned that they would like to add an extra Pilates class to their weekly schedule and some of you would prefer a different time and more flexibility for their weekly Pilates fix.
In response I have added the following two classes to give you more options:
- Thursday morning, 8:30-9:30 at St Andrew’s church hall
Early morning Pilates class for those who prefer to get the exercise part out of the way and make the most of the day.
- Friday morning, 9:00-10:00 at St Andrew’s church hall
Somatics – A series of easy, simple and natural movements done on the mat to help you release muscular tension that can cause pain. You can read more about Somatics here.
